During Q2 2024, Qatar's real estate sector saw a significant increase in transactions, reaching QR3.191bn in 808 deals, driven by infrastructure projects, industry expansion, and investment-friendly govt initiatives. Doha, Al Rayyan, and Al Dhaayen were the most active municipalities. The Real Estate Regulatory Authority aims to foster the sector's growth, supporting Qatar's Third National Development Strategy.
