16 killed, 14 injured in Bolivia road accident involving a cargo truck and a passenger bus on an international highway connecting Bolivia and Chile. The driver of the cargo truck, returning from the country's border with Chile, crossed into the opposite lane and collided head-on with the bus. The bus was heading for the Arica region of Chile. The drivers of both vehicles died in the incident.
