Jordan's Eastern Military Zone thwarted an attempt to smuggle narcotics from Syria using a drone on Saturday. Border Guard forces, in coordination with security agencies and the Anti-Narcotics Department, detected and shot down the drone within Jordanian territory. The seized items were handed over to relevant authorities, and the Jordanian Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF) remains committed to dealing with border threats decisively.
