National Investigation Agency (NIA) chargesheets 10 accused, including Canada-based designated terrorist Satinderjit Singh alias Goldy Brar, in a case involving firing at the house of a Chandigarh businessman for extortion. Goldy Brar, the key conspirator, is charged with forming a terror gang to execute terror activities in India. The NIA has charged all 10 accused under relevant sections of Indian Penal Code, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, Arms Act, and Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
