Hywel Dda University Health Board's dental service has introduced a waiting list for patients in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, and Pembrokeshire regions. Patients can add their details through a QR code on posters, an online form, by calling 0300 303 8322, or emailing dentalservicesteam.hywelddahealthboard@wales.nhs.uk. Once dental capacity is available, patients will be contacted in the order their details were submitted or collected.
