7-Eleven operator Philippine Seven Corp. plans to invest up to P4.5bn to open 450 new stores in Visayas and Mindanao this year, aiming to hit 4,000 stores by Q4. The company has already opened 170 stores in the first half, and 60% of the capex will be used to open new stores, with 60% of these franchised-owned. PSC also plans to remodel older branches with the allocated budget.
