Baltimore Orioles rookie Heston Kjerstad returned to the active roster on Saturday, one week after being hit in the helmet by a 97 mph pitch during a game against the New York Yankees. Kjerstad had been on the seven-day concussion injured list. Orioles manager Brandon Hyde stated that Kjerstad passed all tests and had a full workout day before being activated.
