19-year-old Zephaniah Lowery from Montgomery has been charged with capital murder for the murder of 27-year-old Darius Gunn on June 18th. Lowery allegedly planned to rob Gunn of his iPhone and shoot him because of his involvement in his sister's stabbing. The Montgomery Police Department's Special Operations arrested Lowery, and he is currently held without bond in the Montgomery County Detention Facility.
