39-year-old Julio Figueroa, wanted for attempting to kill a police officer in Cobb County, Georgia, was captured in Richland County, South Carolina, after a two-hour standoff. Figueroa had fled to South Carolina and was staying with a family member before deputies removed a woman and two children from the home. After refusing to cooperate, Figueroa was taken into custody using gas to enforce compliance.
