62-year-old Jimmy Higgins arrested and charged with 2020 murder of Duane Keener; remains identified in February 2022.
A Soddy Daisy man, Jimmy Higgins, 62, was arrested and charged with criminal homicide in connection with the 2020 murder of 42-year-old Duane Keener. The TBI and other agencies began investigating after human skeletal remains were found in a wooded area in Sequatchie County in August 2020. Forensic examination confirmed the remains as Keener's in February 2022.
