A 42-year-old man, Jason Moore, was fatally shot by a Biloxi Police officer after pointing a weapon at them during a call for service on Lakeview Boulevard. The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (MBI) is examining the incident and collecting evidence, with findings to be shared with the Attorney General's Office. No officers were seriously injured.
