Brittney Griner and her wife Cherelle have welcomed their first baby, a baby boy, who was born on July 8th. The WNBA star revealed the happy news during an interview with CBS Sports on July 19th, stating that their son weighs 7 pounds and 8 ounces. Griner will represent Team USA in the upcoming 2024 Paris Olympics; however, she acknowledges the challenge of leaving her newborn behind.
