TV presenter Steph McGovern announces her debut novel, "Deadline," about "power, corruption, and lies." After her show "Steph's Packed Lunch" was cancelled, McGovern revealed the news on Instagram and at the Theakston Old Peculier Crime Writing Festival. She said the book idea has been with her since her early days on breakfast TV and writing it allowed her to create a dark story based on her experiences.
