Thomas Cook, former top aide to Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett, was removed from his job at law firm Bose McKinney & Evans following allegations of sexual harassment by three women staffers. Cook, who also served as chief deputy mayor, acknowledged consensual relationships that violated trust but denied using his position for personal gain. The city has made sexual harassment training and protocols mandatory for employees.
