The Telecommunications Forum (TCF) supports proposals requiring all retail telecom service providers in New Zealand to join an industry-run dispute resolution service. TCF argues for "all consumers of telecommunications services" to have access to a dispute resolution scheme. The organization also suggests extending statutory access rights for fibre installations and opposes a proposal that the communications minister should have the power to increase the Telecommunications Levy.
