A woman was killed, and three others injured when a portion of a four-story building collapsed in Mumbai, India during heavy rain. The incident occurred at Rubinissa Manzil, a building declared unsafe by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, which had issued warnings about its condition. The balcony and slab portions of the second and third floors reportedly collapsed partially, trapping several residents. Rescue operations were conducted by the Mumbai Fire Brigade, which managed to rescue 13 people, including six men, six women, and one child. One woman was declared dead at a local hospital, while the injured individuals are receiving medical treatment.
