The San Diego Zoo will unveil its new giant panda pair, Yun Chuan and Xin Bao, on August 8, marking their first public appearance since arriving from China in June. The pandas are part of a 10-year international conservation effort and are housed in a four-times-larger habitat, Panda Ridge, inspired by China's geological formations. This is the first time pandas have entered the U.S. in 21 years.
