An off-duty Windsor police officer has been charged and suspended with pay for refusing a breath sample during a traffic stop on July 18th. The officer, Sean Rhoads, allegedly refused to take an approved roadside screening device and was taken into custody. The Windsor Police Service has stated that they will not comment further on the matter as it is now before the court.
