2 men arrested in Wallaceburg: 1 for assault (resisting arrest, barricading) & 1 for obstructing police (outstanding warrant for mischief).

Chatham-Kent police arrested two men in Wallaceburg after responding to a disturbance call on Friday afternoon. A 35-year-old Wallaceburg resident was arrested for assault after resisting arrest and barricading himself in a room. The second man, who attempted to intervene and obstruct police, was found to be wanted on an outstanding warrant for mischief. Both men were taken into custody by officers.
