A40 Westway, London's busy road, undergoes critical safety maintenance starting July 21, lasting until mid-October. The road, carrying 90,000 vehicles daily, will be closed between Wood Lane and Marylebone due to the flyover reaching the end of its serviceable life. TfL will replace four joints supporting A40 slip roads. Work timed for summer to minimize disruption.
