15 people were injured in a train collision at Basarab Station, Bucharest, when a locomotive collided with a passenger train. Eight people were hospitalized, and local media reported that 10 fire engines, all available medical resources, two extraction vehicles, a multiple victim transport vehicle, and a mobile hospital were sent to the scene. The Romanian Railway Investigation Agency will investigate the incident.
