Detroit judge drops charges against graffiti artist Bryan Herrin, accused of spray-painting Beavis graffiti from "Beavis and Butt-Head" around the city. Wayne County prosecutors alleged Herrin was responsible, but Judge Ronald Giles of Detroit's 36th District Court dismissed the six felony counts of malicious destruction of property, citing insufficient evidence. The artist, known as BVIS, had faced up to four years in prison.
