1-year update: Costco plans to open a warehouse and petrol station near M5, 35 minutes from Worcester, after submitting a planning application. The 13,109 sqm warehouse would include a bakery, sushi area, deli, and rotisserie. It would also create 630 parking spaces, 20 EV charging points, and 20 cycle spaces. Planning officers are now reviewing the application against local policies and public comments made during the consultation period.
