Bombay High Court orders Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Telegram to take prompt action against deepfake videos of NSE India's CEO, Ashishkumar Chauhan, and remove accounts infringing on NSE's trademark. NSE claimed false stock recommendations and false ads on social media platforms. The court restrained any person from infringing NSE's registered trademark and set the case for further hearing on August 19.
