Bombay High Court declares Dawood Ibrahim a terrorist in individual capacity under UAPA, meaning any association with him or his gang does not automatically invoke provisions of the stringent law. The court granted bail to two individuals arrested by the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) in August 2022, who were charged under UAPA for allegedly being members of Dawood Ibrahim's gang.
