Amber Alert issued for two missing children, Lucas Mendez (6) and Lukane Mendez (2), last seen in Rosanky, Texas on July 19. The children are believed to be with their father, Martin Mendez (34). Lucas was last seen in a blue shirt with a shark, blue shorts with gray stripes, and blue Sonic the Hedgehog Crocs, while Lukane was last seen in a black shirt and white diaper.
