68-year-old Trish McKay from New Zealand was killed during an attempted robbery at a California mall. A funeral was held for her at St Patrick's Cathedral in Auckland, attended by hundreds of mourners. Her husband, Doug McKay, thanked various agencies and organizations for returning her body to New Zealand. Three suspects have been arrested and charged with special circumstances murder and attempted murder.
