47-year-old James Matheson from Newtown was arrested by Seymour police on charges of first-degree possession of child pornography, voyeurism with malice, disseminating voyeuristic material, and five counts of risk of injury to a child. The investigation is ongoing; detectives are working with other jurisdictions to identify victims and recover evidence. Matheson was taken into custody at Derby Superior Court and his court-set bail is $250,000.
