Victory Clean Energy has entered into a binding term sheet to acquire intellectual property and rights to use Proton Power's CHyP Engine system for hydrogen power. The CHyP engine addresses major green hydrogen economy issues: 1) cost (50% lower than electrolysis production facilities), 2) distribution, and 3) storage. The modular system allows for scaling hydrogen production adjacent to demand, reducing costs.
