US biomedical firm Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is investing €10m in its Co Clare, Ireland facility, creating 30 jobs by 2027, and adding two new fully automated reagent filling lines. The investment aims to upgrade infrastructure, improve efficiency, and increase capacity. The company, the largest employer in East Clare, currently employs 550 people and has had a presence in the region since 2005.
