9th Circuit Court reinstates charges against Rundo and Boman, Southern California white supremacists, for inciting brawls at political rallies.

A federal appeals court has reinstated charges against two alleged members of a Southern California white supremacist group, Robert Rundo and Robert Boman, for inciting brawls at political rallies across California. The US 9th Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a lower court's dismissal, sending the case back to trial in Santa Ana federal court. The court rejected the earlier judge's conclusion that prosecutors had unfairly targeted Rundo and Boman while sparing left-wing antagonists.
