The investigation, which began in June 2023, led to the recovery of 11 stolen vehicles and a trailer. The group allegedly operated out of a rural location in Parkland County near Evansburg, Alberta, re-VINing and reprogramming stolen vehicles for resale and exportation to Lebanon and Saudi Arabia.
