Suspect John Pribula, involved in a domestic disturbance, jumped into Red River, was located by drone, and arrested by East Grand Forks Police.
John Pribula, a suspect in a domestic disturbance in Grand Forks, fled the scene and jumped into the Red River in East Grand Forks, MN. He was located using a drone by the Unmanned Aircraft Team and arrested by the East Grand Forks Police Department without incident. Pribula is currently being held at the Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston on charges of fleeing a police officer.
