Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust sells 48MW Ljungbyholm wind farm in Sweden to German investor for €74m.

Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust (ORIT) agreed to sell its 48MW Ljungbyholm wind farm in Sweden to a German investor for €74m. This sale is part of ORIT's capital recycling program, reducing debt and funding new renewable energy investments. The wind farm, operational since June 2021, has an expected IRR of 11%. Proceeds will partially repay ORIT's short-term debt facility.
