2024/2025 Nigerian university minimum cutoff mark set at 140, polytechnics and colleges at 100.

JAMB and the Federal Government have agreed to set the minimum cutoff mark for admission into Nigerian universities at 140 for the 2024/2025 academic session, with the cutoff mark for Polytechnics and Colleges of Education set at 100. The announcement was made at the 2024 Combined Policy meeting on admissions into tertiary institutions and the 4th edition of NATAP-M Awards in Abuja. JAMB Registrar, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, clarified that these scores are minimum tolerance levels and not cut-off marks to prevent confusion among candidates.
