The Southern Resilience to Organised Crime (ROCC) programme in NZ's Southland region was praised for reducing harm from organised crime. Named Hāpori Manawaroa ki Murihiku, the programme focuses on at-risk individuals, methamphetamine victims, and youth. It received $2.6m from the Community Resilience and Whānau Support (CRWS) fund, supporting 11 initiatives and providing over $1.37m to community projects.
