Netflix's VP of Ad Sales, Pete Naylor, is departing the company as it expands its global reach. Naylor, who joined in August 2022, is leaving to allow leadership to better reflect Netflix's priorities. Netflix will hire a new head of ad sales, overseeing both the U.S. and Canada. Naylor's contributions to the company's advertising business were praised by Netflix advertising president Amy Reinhard.
