The Enforcement Directorate (ED) in India has provisionally attached 88.29-acre land in Gurugram, worth over Rs 300 crore ($40 million), of real estate group M3M in a money laundering probe linked to an alleged land fraud case involving Congress leader and former Haryana chief minister, Bhupinder Singh Hooda. M3M denies wrongdoing. The ED alleges the accused fraudulently obtained licenses, causing loss to landowners and Haryana state, and diverted proceeds of crime.
