India's Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has committed to launch BSNL's 4G services "at the earliest," as the government monitors the progress daily. The state-owned company has no 4G services yet in the country. A performance management unit (PMU) consisting of BSNL, C-DOT, Tejas Networks, and TCS will set daily targets, with Minister Scindia and the Telecom Secretary monitoring the progress.
