Former Kickapoo Tribal Council chairman and Haskell Indian Nations University regent, Lester Randall, was indicted on four counts of felony assault for allegedly assaulting a woman in a domestic relationship. The incidents reportedly occurred within the Kickapoo Tribe and included charges of assault with a wooden bowl, Xbox headset, and an aluminum baseball bat. Randall faces a preliminary hearing on July 31.
