Alberta's Law Society cleared Tyler Shandro of professional misconduct, including a driveway confrontation as health minister.
Alberta's Law Society has cleared former cabinet minister Tyler Shandro of professional misconduct. Shandro faced three citations, including confronting a physician at his driveway over a social media post when he was the province's health minister. The Law Society panel found him not guilty on all three charges. Two panel members stated that Shandro's actions on the driveway were as a family man and not as a lawyer, as he was not practicing law at the time.
