Evolution AB acquires Galaxy Gaming for $85m, expanding its US market presence and licensing.
Evolution AB, a leading provider of online casino games, is acquiring Galaxy Gaming, a developer and distributor of casino table games and technology, for $85 million. The deal will enhance Evolution's US market presence and strengthen its position as a leading licensor of proprietary table games. Galaxy Gaming's management and employees will be retained, operating as a separate and independent business unit. The acquisition is expected to close mid-2025, subject to closing conditions.
