A couple in Gaerwen, Anglesey, had an unexpected home birth when their newborn, baby Lwsi, arrived ahead of schedule. After Laura began experiencing contractions, the couple called 999 for an ambulance. They were connected to a quick-thinking Welsh Ambulance Service call handler, William Funston-Jones, who provided instructions over the phone for Laura to deliver her baby safely in their bathroom.
