70-year-old Steven Craig Johnson, who escaped from Oregon's Mill Creek Correctional Facility in 1994 while serving a sentence for sex abuse and attempted sodomy, has been arrested in Macon, Georgia. He was apprehended by the U.S. Marshals Service and a fugitive task force after living under the alias "William Cox" for over a decade. Johnson is currently in jail awaiting extradition back to Oregon.
