22-year-old El Pasoan Michael Joseph Cuccaro was sentenced to 15 years in prison for selling counterfeit M-30 oxycodone pills laced with fentanyl, which caused the death of the buyer. Cuccaro was indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with intent to distribute and distribution of a controlled substance causing death or serious bodily injury.
