54-year-old man, Kevin Combes, arrested and charged for two 30-year-old sexual assault cases in Perth and Kalgoorlie, connected through Investigative Genetic Genealogy techniques. The victims were a 19-year-old woman in 1990 and a 17-year-old girl in 1991. The cases were referred to the Investigative Genetic Genealogy Team in December 2023.
