GlobalLogic, a US digital engineering firm and Hitachi subsidiary, has opened a new base in Newry, creating 15 jobs. The company plans to expand its presence on the island of Ireland, targeting public sector contracts in NI and enterprises in healthcare, life sciences, telecoms, financial services, and transport. The 15 new roles will be created across human resources, business development, and software engineering over the next two years.
