President Akufo-Addo inaugurated the 120-bed Fomena Hospital in the Adansi North District of Ghana's Ashanti Region, a project initially initiated in 2014 that faced funding challenges. This completion highlights the government's commitment to enhancing healthcare infrastructure nationwide, as similar projects have also been completed in Kumawu, Fomena, and Takoradi. Aiming to improve and expand healthcare for all Ghanaians, the government plans to complete more healthcare projects by year-end, with the Agenda 111 initiatives expected to create approximately 67,000 jobs.
