2 people died and another was injured in a house fire in South Austin, Texas on July 17. Firefighters responded to the 1006 S. Center St. at around 3 pm and found flames coming from the back of the house. Four people and three dogs were in the home when the fire started, with two victims suffering fatal injuries and two others having minor injuries. The cause of the fire remains unclear.
