Indianapolis used car dealer Honest Abe Auto Sales agrees to pay $470K in restitution and cease deceptive practices, following a settlement with Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita.

Indianapolis-based used car dealer Honest Abe Auto Sales has been accused of deceptive practices, including bait-and-switch sales and falsely advertising vehicle prices. The company, which operates four dealerships, has agreed to pay $470,646 in restitution to more than 250 customers as part of a settlement with Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita. The settlement also prohibits Honest Abe Auto Sales from engaging in similar deceptive conduct in future advertising and sales.
